Legal Question

Hi, Law guru.

Wishing you a happy new year 2011.

Sir,

we have pagri shop i the name of my brother ,he is sole proprieter of shop, now want to remove name of my brother & want to make propriter to my father..he have oly proof of rent receipt.. so what procedure we have do...either we have hire lawyer..or contact landlord for namechange...

First of all contact the landlord and then prepare new papers and induce your father as propritor. Good luck...
