Generally 16, but there are a few work-related exceptions which might allow the age to be lowered to 14 (MGL c. 76 s. 1). Those exceptions are very rare, though, so to be safe you should plan on 16. You should speak with an education lawyer for information and advice specific to your circumstances. |
