Although the question raised by you is not clear,however, I understand tht you are living separately from your wife and in the meanwhile one lady came in to your life and you stayed with that girl for about four months. Now the girl left you due to her posting elsewhere and she is threatening you. It is obvious that you must have developed some relations. If so, there is no offence as both of you are adult and the relations were developed with the consent of both the parties. It is made clear that your legally wed wife can raise the objections about the relations of new girl.
