Legal Question
I live in PA and worked in NJ I have been on a temporary disabilty and have been in weeky contact with my employer informing them of my treatments and possible date of return, I was just informed that they have terminated me, due I have any recourse. Will my temporary disability compensation be terminated, due I have to now file for unemployment as soon as I am medically cleared.
