Legal Question
I mailed divorced papers to my wife, which lives in indiana. i unfortunately lost the proof of service papers that needed to be filed with courts. she never responded. but, she filed for divorce in august 2011. i filed in sept.2010. what form am i to use to dismiss her proceeding since i filed first?
