Legal Question
My marriage license does not have my signature, the minister's, or any witness signature on it. Only the signature of my ex-girlfriend. I was supposedly married in 2005. My ex girlfriend has recently filed it into the court in 2011. Are we legally married which is what she is trying to say? Can a license be filed 6 years later and be legal?
