Legal Question
i own a mobile home, and am trying to get aproved by park. my childrens father got denied, so i am having my mother co sign. The landlord said that she will give us the place, but if my boyfriend is ever seen on the premesis, she will call the cops on him, and evict us. he isnt even allowed to visit our children! is this legal?
