i am named as a fidisuary on a will/trust.i am also in trust to recieve all residual. do these two conflict?

It is not a conflict as long as you don't mismanage the funds for other beneficiaries. Often the fiduciary personal representative is also a beneficiary of a will or trust. Your job in that capacity is to carry out the instructions of the will or trust including distributing the funds to the beneficiaries as instructed. |
