i was named as a trustee in a family trust and the judge did not give me notice to appear and serve. have my rights been violated?

It's not the court, but whoever filed the court papers who left you out of the notice requirements. Make sure to put the court on written notice that you are the designated trustee. It might be more complicated, though. You should speak with a local attorney to get this matter straightened out. |
