officer lara stops a vericle for weaving . inside is a drunk driver .put under arrest and then the officer searches the car and finds a locked brief case and forces open and finds illegal drugs then opens the hood to car and lifts the air vent and discovers more drugs how would you identify and define the issues presented in this case
