Legal Question
In Oklahoma, My daughter-in-law called the police because I threatened her with a knife. The police released me at the time. but she filed charges that night. The next day she went to drop the charges and gave them a statement, saying she wanted to drop the charges. They told her it didn't matter if she dropped the charges. Will they still issue a warrant for my arrest?
