Legal Question
I ordered a cake from a family owned bakery. They never delivered it on my wedding day. The owner said he found out he got a tumor, so we agreed to do installment as he is receiving emergency medical bills. I have not received any payments thus far. I don't want to include a lawyer but what should I do now?
