Legal Question

I purchased a piece of property in colorado from the " New Fronteer Bank". Actually FDIC had taken bank over and FDIC sold me the property. A former owner who had lost land to bank, gave a quit claim deed to girl friend and recorded it before I could do my recording. What steps do I need to take to clear this fraud ??
