Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm purchasing a short sale home, we are two weeks from closing. It's an acre of land and on it is a 16 by 20 shed with electricity hooked up. The house is advertised with the shed. I have also signed a contract that says the only thing excluded is the washer & dryer. The seller is now wanting 2000$ for it and the sellers realtor is claiming she verbally disclosed that if wasn't included. What is my rights? I want to keep it.

If it is attached to the land, it is a fixture and goes with the land. In addition, it was specifically mentioned in your contract. You are not required to pay more. Inspect the property immediately before you close to make sure it has not been removed.
