i have real estate property in now bangladesh inherited from my late grand father having records of right still in his name.while my father is not alive now, who migrated from east pakistan now bangladesh by valid passport and became indian citizen by naturalization , how can i now sell the property legally as i an an indian citizen now? please give advice.
