Legal Question
We just received a collections notice from Palisades on behalf of MBNA, an account we have never had. Account was apparently opened in 2003 and this is our first notice, though they had our past and current addresses on file. How do we proceed that we did not open this account? Other quite
possible reason could be an ex wife that had opened this account, was done before in 2002 for an
Amex card.
