Legal Question

I received a Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor ticket at my friends party. I looked at the ticket and the time on the ticket says 2AM when the police had not even been to the house yet. The police got a warrant and busted down the door at 4:45AM and breathalyzed me at 5AM. I am curious if the wrong time on the ticket can get my ticket dropped?
