i received a subpoena re:qualified theft and falsification of commercial documents,the amount is PHP250,000. is tis amount bailable? what is the best thing to do to settle the problem? it was due to unauthorized over the counter withdrawal on savings account of one client. i am willing to pay the whole amount given enough time.
