Legal Question

I received a vehicle title in the mail for a 2011 car I didn't purchase. I'm assuming the DMV made a mistake and issued it in the wrong name. (Both my husband and I are listed on the title as the owners.) Is this car legally mine? What should I do? Obviously I don't want to leave someone without a car, but I want to know if I have legal rights to this vehicle..
