Legal Question

I reside in NJ. My husband and I have not been intimate four four years, just after he cheated on me with a prostitute and brout home a sexually transmitted disease. It is HE who does not wish to be intimate, not me.

My question- does this four years of no intimacy count toward the 18 months required to dissolve the marriage?
