Your contract may provide for an early termination clause. You should read it carefully. It also may be possible for you to "transfer" the contract. In any case you should have you contract reviewed by a real estate attorney in Mexico that is experienced in "timeshare" litigation.

It is very important to know the date of execution of the agreement and if possible copy of the agreement in order to consider many possible scenarios, such as governing law, litigation clause, anticipated or mutual termination, penaltie, breach of contract, etc...
