settlement amounts. I know that circumstances are always different. Came out of my apt. and stepped into a rather large hole in the sidewalk. Sidewalk belongs to my landlord. Suffered pain in both knees and r hip. went through one months therapy. Still isn't right yet. what are the damge amounts in general. All soft tissue injuries. Possible scope on r knee at later date.
