Legal Question

I signed up with a travel group, Grand Circle Travel for a trip to Turkey. The trip was fully paid for. They called to state that they were cancelling all 2012 trips to Trurkey. Are they not obligated to absorb the costs of the more expensive trip they want to arrange on Overseas Adventure travel???
