Sir,My trial going in Amritsar court in 498a&406;.Can i get transfer this case to delhi.if yes then how?Plz suggest.Because i live in delhi.

if you can prove that your wife is staying in Delhi, you may get the case transferred to Delhi by filing a Transfer Petition in SC as suggested by my Ld. Colleague Mr. Pawse....

What is your gender ? If you are a man then it would be pointless to move any application before Supreme Court for transfer....
