we had applied a case against tenants to equate the house which they we staying in that house for past 20 years in Civil court. which court gave the answer to equate the house and gave the time 3 months, after 3 months they have applied the same case in High Court. now in my family we are total 8 members 2 bedroom 1 hall 1 toilet 1 kitchen which is very uncomfort to us. so we want to equate the house.
