Legal Question
My sister was parked on privite parking and drinking when police were called. She had been drinking and blew a 2.0. She was also said some harsh words to the policeman. She did not have to get a bondsman to be released. She has a Dec court date. Do you think she will spend time in jail. This is her 1st
