My sister passed away and left no will. She has two small children 13 and 9. I would like to be there legal guardian. They have different dads, one we don't no who he is and one we have met. What am I supposed to do?

hopefully the one you know will agree..but you must go to Court to have guardianship approved..so contact a local lawyer...

You will need to get the one who you know to sign a form under Texas Family Code Sec. 34. You can petition the probate court for guardianship of the minor, if need be. For more in...
