Legal Question
I sold a vehicle to a family member. We had a written agreement that they would pay $300 by the 15th of each month. It also said that the vehicle would be repossessed when the payment became 30 days late. The payment is now 32 days late. I still have the title and it is still in my name. How do I go about getting the vehicle back?
