Legal Question
my son was a passenger in his freinds car. he was injured bad. his medical is 300,000 but there is only 50,000 on his parents ins. can we terminate the lawyer then deal with ins himself. he will still pay the lawyer. he has another 6 months of doctors visits to do. the lawyer wants to take his cut and pay a portion of medical and my son gets nothing. he is 21. im paying for medicine and doctors visits. can you please give us some advice. thank you
