My son was pushed into a small country club pool by another girl playing. Unfortunately her leg was caught in the ladder and has a torn meniscus and partial tear acl. We want someone to help pay medical expenses. The lifeguard witnessed and didn't report. The girl is changing her story and saying she stumped her toe and it made her push my son in and the pool co. is saying they aren't liable. What are our options??
