Legal Question
My son turned himself in, in Jefferson County WA...He is wanted in Wyoming. The jail is holding him and there is a bond $20,000. Judge here did not believe Wyoming will actually extradite. So what is the law concerning this state holding him on their charges.....What should be done and is there anything we can do?
