I have dell xcd 28 and this is in guaranty period last month i got some

problem in my cell so i submit my cell in service center at 05.12.11 they

tell me that within 7 to 10 days they will repair that set but till today

there is no response.so now i wish to move in consumer court but i have no idea how much i clam for compensation...
