Tree root law
My tree roots are infringing (supposedly) on my neighbors foundation, causing structural damage. The tree has been there longer than we have both owned the property. This is the first I have heard from them (on this issue). They have come up with a $5000 quote to replace their front porch and want my home owners information. Who is liable and what should I do?
