Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I just turned 18 years old and I hope that this is the worst I'll ever have to suffer at a job.

I work at a chain coffee and donut shop in a small town in nj. i have been belittled in front of customers by my managers girlfriend, sexually harassed by my managers girlfriends brother (which is why my manager didnt do anything about it), over worked at 17, and made to do things that I had doctors notes saying I couldn't do because of my lung issues. I tried fruitlessly to get the number of the franchisee, from both his son and daugher who often come drop by our store and they said they refused and asked me to talk to them. I'm young and I don't know what to do anymore. I am seeking new employment but this job has been so awful. Can someone please give me some guidence and help me on this?

You should speak to someone at National Employment Lawyers Assoc/NJ (http://www.nelanj.org/) or the EEOC (EEOC.gov) and be more specific with your workplace issues.
