my uncle (fathers brother) died on 28th oct 2011 at the age of 70 he has some property he was unmarried the deceased person has 2 sisters and one brother all were died and according to hindu succession act who have the rights of getting the property who have the right of getting the property whether for sisters son or for brothers son.the sisters of the deceased person married before 1945 and brother in 1947.
