just got van out of shop on 8-11 and it was not even out 24 hrs and now its back in shop for the same thing and they will not pay to fix it

Take it somewhere else--get an estimate and sue them in District Justice (small claims) Court. I'm assuming that this was regular repair work and not something that involves insurance. Depending on how much money is involved, you might want to consult with a lawyer, but otherwise, if you get an estimate, and it shows the same work that was done at the other shop, you can probably handle this yourself. The key is to get another estimate ASAP. |
