My wife got khullah 1 year back but has not claimed any maintenance for my son (3 years).I sent money at her home via money order but she returned the same.should i keep sending month every month or deposit money in bank as i intend to file my son custody case at age of 7 years. i do meet my son in the court every month as i filed visitation case 6 months back.

plz guide me what action i shd do to have my son custody in easier way .
