Legal Question
Hello, I was wondering about immigration law in the USA. I know a friend, who went to jail for kissing a girl on a cheek for 6 months. He served his time, and on the day that he was supposed to be out the Immigration took him away. Can immigration do that? he have green card and served his time for what he did.
