Legal Question
I was working in coop sugar mill as an accountant. Mill went into liquidation in 2006 and i resigned from my job on 5/10/2007. still my payment of gratuity is pending.Sugarfed has given the VRS scheme in 2011 and other employee got the VRS amount inculding the grauity payment. can i get gratuity with payment of interest
