gugarat sale deed, two ladis purchase a property, what is the registration charges applicable

In Gujarat Stamp Duty on Sale Deed is 4.9 % and Registration Fees is 1 % of the Sale Consideration or Jantry valuation, which ever is higher.
if all the purchasers are Female, then Registration Fees of 1 % is waived.
