Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
we have reconstituted our partnership deed with two out going partners and one incoming partner , can i go for Registration in registration office? ( Not at registrar of firms ) , if i do registration what about the Income tax to out going partners , If i do not register then what will be the I T to out going partners .
