Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Our's is a New Registered Co-operative Housing Society. But still have not any Committee. Few of the Flat Owners are handling the Common Expenses like Electricity Bill, Watch-men Salary as well as Misc. expenses as arrived actual. Please let us know is it a legal as per Co-operative Housing Law.
