Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Hello Sir/Madam,

I was working in a IT company(startup), strength of 3-4 peoples in bangalore, india. I was working there for 20 days and got the salary for 17 days in the last day of the month. Companies CEO was trying to torture me at every angle. He was asking me to work for more than 10 hours a day ( BUT I DONT HAVE ANY PROOF). Shouting at employees and many more things. As I was having 30 days notice period signed in the contract and moreover it was not written that what I have to do if I will not serve the notice period. He did not ask for identity proofs and also I was not able to submit my previous employer relieving certificate. Now, from the current situation, I am not able to continue this employment because of this torturing. And I was planned to resigned the job suddenly. Now, he is telling me to spoil my career by sending the notice to my new employer and sending the legal notice to me. Please help me regarding this what I have to do in this case. Or he is only threatening me to continue the employment with him.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If there is a notice period of 30 days mentioned in your Appointment letter you should somehow tolerate the boss' tantrums and serve for 30 days, If you have already secured a better job elsewhere, you should simply buy out the notice period and pay off the Company 30 days "basic" salary so as to avoid any complications in your new job.

Regards,
