Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
I am a central govt employee working in the Post office and my wife is also working in the same department.Four days ago i got a transfer order in which I am transferred at a post office which is 50 kms away from the present place of posting.As per rule both husband and wife should be posted at the same station,but now i am transferred at another station.I sent a representation seeking cancellation of the order by way of posting at the same station.Now I am on medical leave for fear of my release.If the authority does not consider my case to post at the same station, can i file any writ in the high court? If yes,how.

if they do reject your applicaqtion you will have to approach the court for the stay of the posting order and aalso for its cancellation.
