hi my father purchased a house which is in a defence society but the sale deed was not done he took power of arttorny on my uncles name and in 1990 he sale that house to other person who live in mumbai for 2500000 and we gave him a pessesion bt he did not complete the agreement... he had put the case in cooperative court to get money back. the order past against us... i want ask that is cooperative court has the legal right to give order on the case which between business between two persons

you can challenge the order of the cooperative court. you should have questioned the jurisdiction when the matter was being heard .
