Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Sir I am from tamilnadu and I have appeared for PG teacher exam conducted by TRB. While applying for the post i have mistakenly mentioned my PG & B.ed in English medium instead of Tamil medium studied. I had sent a representation to TRB to condole my mistake and consider my representation to treat mea tamil medium student.But no reply from TRB then I go to court and got direction from High court Maduari to consider my representation within the period of 6 weeks and pass appropriate orders. TRB replied me that we cannot consider your representation and court order. If would have consider my request by TRB and I would be selected under Tamil Medium Quota.
Here please suggest me what would be my next step. If again I go to court the case would be favour or not.

If they have rejected your application you can approach the court again to seek redressal.
