Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I deposit the cheque but it return with the reason for funds insufficient drawer authentication. what can I do? I put the police complaint or not?

Dear Madam / Sir,
If the drawer of the cheque refuses to pay up and settle the cheque amount to you, lodging a local Police complaint is advisable and recommended.
