Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have deposit a dd in the account which is mention on dd but it is not clear an bank shows tat in passbook 'out cheque re image not clear', and dd amount shows in unclear balance in passbook

You should follow-up with the Bank and act as per their advice to ensure that the proceeds of the Demand Draft are credited to your A/c without any further delay.
