Legal Question in Banking Law in India

This is Raja from Amsterdam. Untill recently I lived in India but recently moved to Netherlands. I have two Personal Loans one on HDFC and one on Bajaj Finance. I am currently in not a situation to pay my emi but got a threatening email from bank saying that they will lodge a legal action against me. I wanted to know two things
1. What is the worst that gonna happen to me in say next 1 year or so
2. If a legal action has been taken can I be deported if I travel back to India?

You may get arrested if you come to India.
if you have any property then it can get seized and bank can sell it, it could include your family property.
