My father expired on dated 11.12.05. He had an HUF account. We are two brothers,in my father will ( Executed in year 2000 ) we both brothers are equally receiver of the HUF account. My questions are as under:- (1) Whether HUF account can opened jointly. (2) If it can opened jointly, whether 2nd or joint holder of account can be receiver.( Which is not mention as receiver in the will of my father)
